Securities (meaning stock dividends) have not been dispersed to shareholders. This contradicts CEO's earlier statements of everything being done on co's behalf to get these divis out. Another point is that these securities were recorded at face value (which was derived from UNAUDITED figures)- market value of those $12mm in securities can be 12 cents for all I care, theres no way to estimate their value because subsidiaries balance sheets are not available.
