so much drama here, dont know why everyone thought his posts were illegal, I saw them before they got deleted. Furthermore I really don't understand why people are accusing that poster of "posting illegal information" geeeez. Just call the number on the website and the gentleman tells you the same thing that was deleted in the posts.

If the gentleman said the merger is delayed, what seems to be illegal about that? If he had said everything is on track for the 31st i suppose that would be illegal too? Also if he said they had some contract sealed and ready and they were just waiting on the merger to be completed I dont see whats illegal with that either. Sounds like just status updates to me. If he had given hard figures involving a share price raise to the book value, that would be another story but that was not the case.

I highly doubt they are going to PR anything if the merger is delayed. CEOs are not interested in daytraders or even week- or month-traders who are going to sell into the news. If your long then it shouldnt matter if it is delayed for 2 days, 2 weeks, or 2 months especially a giant merger like this one. Yes if the merger is cancelled somehow then there would be an obligation to PR it to the public. NO I AM NOT SAYING IT IS CANCELLED JUST SPEAKING HYPOTHETICALLY SINCE I KNOW ALOT OF PEOPLE ON HERE LIKE TO TWIST WORDS AND MAKE OTHER POSTERS SEEM LIKE THE BAD GUYS.

Too add to that, obviously a lot of folks who dont post took the time to call on friday and today and exited their positions when they heard about a delay. I'm glad I used my common sense and got out at .013.

If you want to believe manipulation and shorting theories then go ahead, but no way a MM is going to manipulate or short a stock this much. Looking to buy back in @ subpennies tomorrow, wouldnt mind holding for a few weeks, lots of upside when the merger is officially PR'ed.
