I must admit that the CEO is not acting as if he committed fraud. I wouldn't imagine a guy guilty of fraud to show himself and speak at a Forbes business conference.
....if he would only tell us shareholders what's going on....he last spoke to us on feb 7 (almost 2 months ago).
