I got the message below late today from Bob Meister, IR fellow at CNYC. He is also a little ticked off at the delays caused by the TSX and CNYC lawyers involved in the TSX listing process:






Hello John,

First let me assure you that everything is going VERY WELL. The TSX listing is in no way in jeopardy or negative in any way…

The only issue has been some bureaucracy between the exchange and lawyers (ours and our sponsorship group) that had effected(delayed) the subscription agreement for the Brokered Financing (we had to amend the agreement a couple of times to keep ALL parties happy) and you know with lawyers things seem to go around in circles but with that being said everything is “clear sailing” from here on in….

ALL issues have been dealt with and we are moving quickly towards closing our financings.

If I have any further news I will let you know,,, BUT I do understand your frustration in the delays because I/we are just as frustrated as you.

We do see the light at the end of the tunnel and we are very eager to commence the REAL work and push Canyon Copper forward (and quickly)!
