There should still be something in place to stop these crooks. The jails are full of criminals that are doing time for way lesser offences then this. I mean companies that trade see there stock price decline or go up according to business practices and the economy. But for a company to exist solely to defraud the unsuspecting public there should be a judicial response to get these fraudulent companies out of business. And protect the public how can something like this even exist in our country
