10K is probably the kiss of death, facilitators are already trying to cover it up. The sales will be horrific and the operating results will prob be in toilet as well.

unless they can show 1 Million plus is net sales they are toast.

This is not a technology company, with huge R&D costs. Its a simple didtribution & marketing company.
