Now that raised the share structure to 5,000,000,000 shares and will be diluting up the ying yang for the next year or so. It would be cheaper to start your own company up. I wouldn't want to own any of this debt ridden, dilution machine. The dilution was obvious before this last 8K but just wait, you aint seen nuttin yet!
Looks like a good time to cut the losses and find another, instead of beating a dead horse. IMO.
