I really believed in this company just like you still do. I just no longer believe in the managments' ability ton act in the best interest of anyone but themselves.

I would never suggest that you or anyone else make an investment decision based on the advice of a poster on any mesageboard. Read the SEC filings on EDGAR. Read the 8K filed on January 25, 2011 and pay close attention to Exhibits 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.4, 10.5 and 10.6. I think you will find your answer.
