What is IMO it comes down to is who is not a crook (Jeff) working with the law. Versus people upset with him for going to the law the crooks.

Jeff says. He clearly is the one trying to get rid of the crooks. Doesn't show a person who is guilty of anything but trying to clean up the mess.
I have devoted countless hours and resources with these authorities seeking a just resolution. My actions of going to the appropriate authorities have greatly angered prior management, as well as certain business associates of theirs; said personal feelings have in turn resulted in a complaint which affects me, personally.


Seems the people upset are same ones telling us Jeff was fired in Jan and want to dump 3 billion more shares that have to worry. Its clear if so upset with Jeff they have a reason. They have to worry about past misdeeds that got QASP in the trouble. The ones who helped issue PR's as mgmt and dump 1.5 billion shares. The same mgmt who after doing so killed this stock price and none of the PR's about funding etc happen. Who gave us nothing for all the shares sold but mess to clean up.

It's clear they need to worry when they along with Dean they IMO committed fraud. Even If I had doubts about their part in the share dumping along with Dean not anymore. Not when they now want to dump 3.5 billion more new shares rather then do merger. How they are fighting Jeff tells me they are all being looked at and guilty.

Its clear Jeff is the honest one in this fight not Joe C and past mgmt.
