bbc, you can try this site for industry sectors, and then scroll down to the various subsectors they have listed for REITS. From there, you'll probably have to run quite a few charts, and dig deeper for the section of the country the REIT's doing business in.

Let me know if you come up with anything promising. I had started messing around with this a little last week, but didn't like the fact that most of these companies tend to be pretty thinly traded.
