I think the best response here is an offical letter sent to the PUC that clearly shows the poor quality of argument that intervenors showed during the hearings. This is a letter ON FILE WITH THE PUC DIRECTLY CONCERNING LLEG. AS such it should be put out into full view so that ALL propective investors can see what POOR LOGIC and weak arguments that were presented by some interveners

All should read this letter to understand the lack of reasoning and/or level of considerations of items by the PUC in rendering a decision! I worked for a company in another state that had to deal with the PUC, and I have seldom seen such a low level of factual understanding.
