Garbage. Pure garbage. If this man is the CEO of this company why has he not yet denounced the validity of the lettr?

Because its true. This man is not the CEO.

My actions of going to the appropriate authorities have greatly angered prior management, as well as certain business associates of theirs; said personal feelings have in turn resulted in a complaint which affects me, personally. The court date is scheduled for April 5, 2011.


Isn't this the lawsuit from the current management?

fully reporting shows whether you are a good investment or bad. It takes the speculation out, and since it makes it safer, the ability to make multi bags is hampered. I'll take the unknowns here over a fully reporting POS any day
