There are NO Pros when it comes to increasing the Authorized on BLDV.
It means that Moaning blew out the last raise in A/S of 2.5 Billion shares which he did eight months ago in July/2010.

Now another 2.5 Billion shares.
And nothing will be accomplished because its not enough to really accumulate any assets.

A reverse merger on a Pinkie normally wipes out existing shareholders.

Since BLDV has NO equity and can not raise sufficient equity using its shares, NO PR's will enable BLDV to actually get financing.

PR's are merely designed to Dump Stock to enrich Moaning.
