(Now as far our Corporate tax you reported not paid. It was just an assessment. I have contacted our SOS agent and learned it is simply an oversight because report not filed 3/1/11. It will be reported and taken care of and surely they will ammend its status page with our timely filed report. Hopefully you and others will not post this daily until ammended but if you do I state on the record "it will be handled and updated without any consequence unless you make one.")
