I don't see how that applies, it was filed Feb 25, the SOGC of March 16 reversed a earlier decision, I think.
Please don't confuse my search for answers as bashing the stock. I have a significant position, (for me at least) and have added to it over the past month. But I thought it prudent to continue research , especially filings that occurred last week. And what better place to seek assistance than this board? Some people seem a little frayed, I would think the more information disseminated the better. It is not, nor ever was my intention to scare people, it was to better inform myself.
