if it doesn't rise on its own merits before uplisting, and the price is "set" at .02 you will see the biggest opening bell sell off in the history of the otc bulletin board, at least 4 billion shares. what i think is, Tony is working on a strategy that is unfolding(and that is part of the strategy). he did mention "big news" in the podcast that will be released shortly. i believe we're going to see this strategy played out over the next couple of months. i don't know what it is, but i'm hoping it works.
