373.....your first paragraph is valid but they had him in the box July/09...........Another case I owned stock in was LQMT...CEO buys LQMT after owning a small medical device company which he sold to WEBMD.....In 2004 he is indicted for fraud with the previous company.....of the 16 people indicted , 10 plead guilty...............six others including the CEO I referred to go to trial Jan/10 .......First week of March all six found guilty......End of April/10 Ceo and one other have their cases thrown out by an Appeals Court judge....Reason.....the gov took to long to bring them to trial.....Meanwhile the stock price went from $22.00 to 11 cents .....Rebounded in Aug/10 to $1.74 now sitting @.54 or so.......This is another case where info was not given to the public........
