The question I have SMF ( and it may not directly allude to this msg you just posted) is why there was no announcement by the SEC that an investigation of sand had begun in mid 2009 w/o divulging the particulars (post sting)....It was not until 10/10 that an indictment was handed down.....During that period many retail investors ( like myself) purchased company stock w/o knowledge of an ongoing inquiry by the SEC (after the fact which occurred in April/09-----When he was caught on tape) Many times the investigative group will announce that an inquiry against a company and components of it has begun after the meat has been established..........I am sure many investors at that time would have shied away from investing, although had we taken you and Phenix seriously during that period it would have had the same effect as an SEC announcement.........Cie Le Vie.............
