very hard to do so in Canada like you say we can hardly buy the pink sheet stock and some we can not even buy them


So in other words, it is totally irrelevant whether it can be done in Canada since the stock trades on a US exchange and I would guess the large majority of shareholders are based in the US and use US based brokers.

What am I missing here? Why does someone keeps posting about Canadian rules and regulations when the stock DOES NOT trade on a Canadian exchange?
