Subject: just got off the phone with vince..........




he said they had eight inches of snow yesterday and it was cold.i
asked him or told him that around 220 million shares of pcbm have
been traded in the last few days with no bid or ask change and asked
him to comment,,,,,,,,,he said he does not watch the stock price as
it is a joke and will only make you sick to view it.he says they are
trading it like pcbm is a bankrupt company.....we are not he
said..STERNLY.in fact we are just as profitable if not more so when
the stock was trading at 30 cents.HE ALSO SAID,not that it matters to
me although after jan 27 he could sell 5% of his stock every 90
days.......but he is here to grow the business long term and not
worry about the short term stock price.lastly,he said we will get
resolution....also talked about a new location in a mall so his car
sales could not be weather hindered.nice guy to speak with and seemed
confident.
