Saturday 3/26/11 Observations

1) I am noticing a good upward bump in purchases (i.e appearance in the Top 200) of i-Mobilize's Paid iPad apps.

2) Realizing Power of Now ($36.99) and a Payton Kane ($19.99) app appeared in Lifestyle.

3) H & F saw one of our $19.99 Yoga apps ranked at #48 in the afternoon. A Hoopdance app for $14.99 is at #72.

4) Travel Category is pretty quiet as only Explore Philippines appeared this morning.

5) As for free apps, 20-Minute Bonnetti is still Top 5 in Medical. Man, that one is a real WINNER. Glenn Harrold Free apps are still Top 75.

6) No new apps have appeared, however, the new Bonnetti app called "Universal Birth" or something like that, was changed from Free to $2.99 on Thursday - I hadn't caught that.

7) A last comment, for the third time in the last 5 days, I have seen Super Self Confidence Hypnosis by Glenn Harrold appear, but disappear in Lifestyle before I could compile my Top 200 ranks. This is happening a lot more, and not just because there are more apps in this category competing for the Top 200 positions. IMO, it is also because there are more buyers out there (owners of iPad) AND we now have a decent number of $2.99 apps thanks to Bonetti Limited doing price testing recently. I believe we have a more significant number of apps being bought than what my "snapshot" Top 200 can notice.

Ah well, just some quick comments on a Saturday afternoon.
