I'm not trying to bash and I respect what the moderator is doing cuz they are a real business I'd even think of trying to make up for losses if and I feel it will move upward from here slower this time but before that I'd be concerned about the state of their lawsuit is there any current info on what's happening there the last thing any investor would want is bad news
