PASSED: Energy Policy Act of 2005
To help meet the nation's energy needs, the Energy Policy Act of 2005:
Addresses rising gasoline prices. Encourages more domestic production of oil with incentives such as a streamlined permit process; promote a greater refining capacity to bring more oil to market; and increase the gasoline supply by stopping the proliferation of expensive regional boutique fuels.
Reduces our dangerous dependence on foreign oil by allowing new domestic oil and gas exploration and development and by authorizing expansion of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve's capacity to 1 billion barrels.
And there is no such thing as a no sale call, either you sell the client some stock or he sells you a reason not to. either way a sale is made. now who is it going to be? you or him? now be relentless, im done.
