I bought in at 21 cents (ouch). For what it's worth...their fax and phone works!"analyst" Michael P. Zuk said it was a buy...at least he's a real person working as a broker. I have about convinced myself to buy more but WHEW! What bothers me the most is that when I do a search on Montebello Development, the only anything I find is Penders press releases. I wasn't that worried until it broke under ten cents...how low can it go? I would have said eleven or twelve not long ago! I'm not putting much faith in my gut feeling but I think it's a steal right now. One good solid day going up might be all it needs to fly. People we need some cold hard facts to know what's really going on. This is either gold or garbage!
