Thanks, thats what I thought, and they would be the next target if we won this case or settled in our favor.

I am wondering then what is going on at AT&T regarding this case. They must have taken notice since they are doing the same thing, they clearly would want this squashed so they are not targeted. Would AT&T's lawyers potentially get involved in this case? Can they legally? And if a licensing agreement is reached with Tmo would it then extend into AT&T after the acquisition? Would this be taken into account in the settlement if there is one?

I just hope to GOD they don't they don't sell the patents. But I really doubt they would since its the center of the company.
