You have a double whammy here. You have the Friedman scammers and the address in the CMSI filings is Leonard Gotshalk's house. He's a convicted felon who's already admitted to committing securities fraud in the past and he was recently arrested again for stock fraud along with his son Kyle. Cherish Adams is his daughter and has already started dumping here. CMSI will be triple zeros within a few months.
