Absolutely spot-on re this company's future under current management. With a free float of only 4.53M and some 343M shares held between the Friedman and Gotshalk families and a couple of family cronies, there is no future here under current management. That dividend issue in June of 2010 was scurrilous. Assuming that the actual Intellectual Property that exists in the purported MMJ payment gateway solution is in fact ACTUALLY owned by CMSI then there may be some value in the Company - but not under this management team and the current controlling shareholders.
