I am honestly kinda confussed here today,
the 0.004 seller only wants 0.004 for their shares while folks are hitting the ask at higher prices, why would someone want to sell for less? I DON'T GET IT!
kinda weird to me,

guess we should actually maybe thank the seller for doing what they are doing at lower PPS?
