Stage 2 rally looks near completion
Ignore the "junk" on this chart and just look at the SPX price section.

Sp far this year we have had:
the end of stage 2 rally
stage 3 topping zone
the start of stage 4 decline

Wave 1 of the stage 4 decline completed at 1249.
Wave 2 up containing an a,b,c move has now topped (or appears to have topped) today.
What now follows is wave 3 drop to the 1220's

What would change my opinion is a blast upwards from here indicating that an inverse head and shoulders has formed and the market heads to 1400. Unlikely.
