In the event the company doesn't realize a viable operation investors will have to consider their next move.

My statement that "it doesn't matter how we got here" was a bit out of context. I was simply stating that someone needs to step up and move us forward which would appease most parties.
Let's face it, unless someone reliable takes control this investment is dead. Who wants to own this stock with the current flim flamers in charge?
