7.6B OS was reported in Nov 10-Q

7,573,413,255 was reported as the number of OS in the Nov, 2010 10-Q that covered Q3, so that's what the otcmarkets page shows.

But since that report was filed, the company issued shares to pay vendors and distribute to employees, then bought back and retired 650M from a vendor who had previously been paid in shares.

In the PR announcing that buyback, they reported that there were now 8.054B shares outstanding:

My guess is that that will be number reported in the 10-Q for the first quarter, that won't be filed until mid-May.


I'm thinking that the 10-K to be filed next week may show about 8.7B shares, because the buyback of the 650M occurred AFTER the FY 2010 period covered by the 10-K.
