I am more concerned about the dumb ass lying comments of its not all about Nokia when we would mention Ericsson, and Motorola, when indeed it is all about Nokia or they would have already signed both of them. In fact we have a framework for a license in place with Ericsson and then make the comments it isn't about Nokia in my opinion is a BALD FACE DAMN LIE.

Also can anyone explain how you got money from in this case it had to be one party and you can't explain to your shareholders that you can't account for it. Give me a break how in the hell can you not account for it as you have it. Its in your account and someone paid you for some type of agreement and yet you don't know how to account for it is out and out right pure bullshit.
