The shorters need us to sell to cover. They typically ping down with small blocks of shares sold on the bid at this time. And on the ASK, there are few shares for sale.

They hope to tire us out waiting for OTOW to go up. Traditionally a lot of the weak hands and small lot investors will sell at this time.

The more professional and those going long with OTOW will accumulate during these lulls.

This game we see today has been played out numerous times with OTOW and each time, eventually OTOW goes up.

But OTOW has been shorted and these naked short sellers are desperate to get OTOW down. The problem is, I believe Val is working out a plan to take them out once and for all and make them cover. In my opinion.
