More miss information being posted on BLDV site, Moaning has upped the AS another 2.5 Billion to 7 Billion now and the Financing is NOT even being discussed with the Consulting firm until there are Facts of a PPA. No filings in Colorado have BLDV on them for a PPA application that I could find and Now here's the Kicker, It came out in the Conversation that California was the place to be looking since Moaning told them that is what state they are working in. Interesting tid bit, Research has begun on the California claim. This is John Q Moanings MO though, Tout about a Deal and move it around like the Shell and the Pea to keep anyone from catching him while he pumps out MILLIONS in shares. Also it was my understanding in this conversation that the Company looking for the Financing would have to prove a minimum of 45% of the capital of the requested amount, So Moaning needs at least 200 Million dollars to even be considered. That how I understood it. GLTYA that are playing the Momo, But INVESTORS BEWARE!
