Reeks of sour grapes, hell yes it reeks of sour grapes, as I happen to be a man of his word and expect the same from the company I am invested in. Being straight forward with investors is the best way to be. Do you not believe that Motorola and Ericsson are not tied to a Nokia resoloution? If it is tied to a Nokia resoloution why shouldn't we be flat out told yes it is. What the hell do they gain by saying they have a framework in place and yet they don't get the framework done and no money.
If you aren't pissed about these statements then you are what they say turning a deaf ear. I hear what they say and expect results, but all I got was IDCC is not all about Nokia which led us to believe Motorola, and Ericsson would license absent any Nokia agreement, but nope hadn't happened and won't happen till Nokia is resolved in my opinion.
How about we have money in the account and we can't even account for what its for? That is bullshit they could have accounted for who it was from and why they thought there might be a later possibility of having to return or apply some of if not all that money toward future payments. The fact they acted like it was money they couldn't even tell us about is bullshit. Just my opinion on that but you explain how anyone gives you money and you can't account for it as it has never happened to me in my lifetime, how about you?
