Someone from the yahoo boards said that Paul mentioned in an email exchange that it's likely to be next week. He said they submitted everything to their auditors a couple of weeks ago and that with it being their first filing as a newly adopted SEC monitored company that it's taking a little extra time for the initial review, secondary review and final review. But I guess he believes it should be next week.
