The AT&T and T-Mobile transaction will change the Wi-Fi landscape for the positive and ICOA is looking forward to position itself with the pending acquisitions/JV’s to monetize on these new market developments.



Company is finalizing the 2008 and upon completion will follow up with the share reduction and the potential acquisitions/JV’s.

It is anticipated that once the 2008 financials are completed the remaining years should be easier to complete.
