Just stating the obvious. If the investment community believed today's PR they would be buying up shares like crazy. A 35% discount to the offer price. It's not happening. I think the stock is a good investment and will eventually provide a return to me but my shares are underwater right now. Trying to add some reason in the midst of all the sugarcoating/cheerleading.
