Well I'd refer to a previos poster's post:

Total Liabilities: 1,856,838

Total Gross Income: 1,523,977
Gross Profit: 611,863


Why would the company really need to sell? I think many could argue either way...perhaps expansion. My personal belief is we have a mystery seller here.
