Lou Bravakis seems to be handling everything from what I can gather. I have also heard that he (Bravakis) has visited the California site and spent some time on the ground out there. No other details, though.

I suspect MBB is busy tending to other affairs as activities tied to the Berlin project are as advanced as they can be without further approvals from state agencies. Just my thoughts, though.
