A distributor is just that - they distribute products for another company. It is NOT a purchase agreement. It is a passive sales agreement (meaning I the consumer have to make the decision to purchase your product).

You can have a widget and someone agrees to sell that widget on their website or whatever avenue they want to use. That is a PASSIVE sales agreement; nothing will happen unless ANOTHER party decides they want your product.

Now, if you have a company that agrees to BUY your product in volume and resell it, that is an ACTIVE sales agreement and that is NOT the agreement that UNDT has with Precision.

There's a huge difference. Not only that, but both historically and in the present, this company has shown it has no interest in building itself - just selling the shares (dilution).

Could something change and they get serious? Yeah, but I'd personally give that a 1 in 1000 chance of happening - just imho.
