I have thoroughly researched Molinari and all of his ventures. This fella has no intentions of remaining on the OTC, IMO. Gate Technologies has STAR POWER written all over it.

I anticipate a relatively slow absorption of AGEL over the next several months. When done, most if not all of the GATE subsidiaries will be involved, IMO. By the time it is done AGEL will most likely have a symbol change and be on the NYSE, IMO.
