I think its a bit premature to state they have cancelled these shares--they state they are in process of doing so only. Also, why would they cancel outstanding shares? Makes no sense. They likely are canceling 39.5 million from the A/S count as it sits currently at 150 million. You cannot cancel the O/S unless they perform a stock buy-back and then cancel the shares. There is no mention of a stock buy-back in process that I can see.

Don't get me wrong, as I do own shares of this stock, but giving out false information and hopes will not help us in the long run.
