About the Dividend

Feel free to not take my word for this and contact the IR at your own discretion, but its already been confirmed that in order to get the dividend, all you need to do is be a shareholder of record as of April 7th 2011 (So buy in 3 days prior to this due to settlement dates etc.) and you will get your dividends by April 22nd?

Also the following is my interpretation of the PR and has not been confirmed to be true or false as the IR firm doesn't seem to want to answer questions.
The dividend will go to ALL shareholders (the word "All" is used in the PR) including those holding restricted shares, and this will have to force the company to do a R/S or increase in Authorized shares.

But as I mentioned in my last post, people on this board are mentioning that is impossible for an R/S to occur, and I fail to understand why, so please provide me further detail on that.
