Well you are going to lose all your money if you start accumulating shares in blatant promoted penny stock scams. They are here to enrich insiders not you.
The end story here is 100% certain already. All you have to do is look at all the paper pushed out the door at next to no cost. Do you think folks running a real company would give out >1/3 of it for next to nothing? Then besides that all the preferred?
