TADF has a pending merger with Tac-air (tacticalairsupport.com). They extended the closing of the merger until April 30. The key point is that Tac-air has government contracts, which TADF has failed to achieve in its existence. Also, there are some pretty powerful people involved in the post merger company. The reason behind the merger is that, as a combined comany, they can secure larger contracts. Read the stickys and the last few pr's, it will explain it better than i can. Bottom line, there has been some impressive accumulation the last few weeks. I have been in and out since '06, it is bottoming out and ready for an explosive move.
