Exactly, Mathias, and if they issued (public) financial statements (ie., quarterly profit AND/OR LOSS STATEMENTS) as 'back-up' to JUSTIFY a NEED(?) to dilute, it would be taken into account (ie., discounted) FAVORABLY by the investing public, imo......
