For El Maniel to state that the SS has not changed since the last quarterly update, I'm hard pressed to swallow it.

With the links I've provided, and the facts that there is convertible debt owed to EWI at a 50% discount to the average 3 deep bid - how can anyone state that shares havent been issued to service this?

You wrote "since it is in writing from a company employee, i am assumung that it is legit" -- to that point i will ask you this:

Did the employee sign his name?

Did he say what his name was, or his position within the company?

Or did it come from info@elmaniel.com

Whats interesting to me is that the email address El Maniel provides for INVESTOR RELATIONS questions is:

e-mail (IR division): ir@elmaniel.com

I've NEVER received an email from their IR "division"

There is something going on, and I have a feeling El Maniel has one person sitting in a cubicle someplace, fielding shareholder concerns one email at a time.

The one that was written weeks ago, has yet to be answered.

Why?

Perhaps it touches on too many FACTS.

FACTS that the company wishes to not put in the spotlight, in fear it will cause shareholders to sell, inturn ruining their ability to further perform their capital raise.

There is enough posting on this forum about Gold, and plots A, B and C ; and conjecture that El Maniel has ingots of gold already smelted and ready for shipment in a week, etc.

Im not here to be part of the "guesswork".

My role as a fundamentalist, is to root out the FACTS in any way I know how. Im good at what I do, and I think that El Maniel realizes this and is aprehensive in fielding the emails.

Like I've said, they've had these questions on their desk for a couple of weeks now.

Sure, they are great at answering a question or two - but when they are hit with a series of questions asking them to come clean about the dilution, they sidestep the issue and in this case, ignore it altogether.

Seems there's a lot of that going on...
