The OS will likely be under 100 million in my opinion. the AS will be 300 million. I'm guessing these shares are just a way to protect the company should they need more equity financing. It looks as though most of their financing will be non equity like the $50 million loan. AS numbers don't mean a whole lot, especially for a larger company.
