Personally I would love to see Form 3 as to see insider ownership as well as seeing Form 4 for contining buying by management. Doe's anybody have a estimate of the float as we speak. I think this is critical information to because volume levels that were over 20 million in march may not be no more. So with low volume with a combination of low selling with mean a steady rise. MM's will try to shake of to regain shares back so if ya see a spread like .07 x .15 then you know there starting to play the game.
